Full Description:

Local Developers Richard and Ryan Crighton acquired the financing necessary to demolish an existing single family residence in the Downtown Redevelopment area and Construct a brand new 5700 square foot Class A office building. The Office Building has a completed value over 2.6 million dollars and will be constructed of Steel, Wood and Stucco. In order to maintain the integrity and appeal of the Historical Preservation District, the office building was designed with a thought of the residential Mansions in Santa Barbara, CA. Richard and Ryan Crighton are Las Vegas natives and the founders of Crighton Real Estate Holdings and RCS Development. They are no strangers to Downtown Las Vegas; in fact, they acted as representation for the Purchasing entity and Principals in one of Downtown’s largest real estate assemblages and purchases known as the Wall Street Assemblage. The Wall Street Assemblage was acquired for approximately $21 million dollars and amounted to approximately Eight Acres of Prime Real Estate. “During the Wall Street deal, Richard and I constantly kept our ear to the ground looking for the right parcels of land to develop, the land at 6th Street proved to be just that parcel. We absolutely believe in the Redevelopment of Downtown Las Vegas and are putting our money where our mouth is.” says Ryan Crighton. For more information on this project please contact Richard Crighton at (702)768-5755.
